Q. Do you ship over seas ?

Q. How to order?
A.
  1. Use our shopping cart solution
    Click on any "Add to Cart" button to start your on-line order. After you have sent us your order, we will send an email acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order. This is an automatic response. We will call you before we debit your credit card.
  2. Fax us your order
    You can also fax us your order. Go to "contact us page" & download a blank order form, print it, fill it in and fax us at (612) 95580453
  3. By Email
    If for some reason you cannot use our shopping cart ordering system and prefer to use e-mail for ordering, you may send e-mail orders to orders@precisionaerobatics.com. This e-mail address is for the exclusive use of customers placing orders. In your e-mail please indicate the quantity, item number and a brief description of each item you order, all your details including your shipping & mailing address (if different) and payment information and a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
Q. How to pay?

You can pay by credit card, wire transfer or by money order.

Once we receive your order, we calculate the shipping & handling cost. Then we contact you and let you know what is the final cost of your order.

Please do not pay by wire transfer before we contact you and inform you with the final costs.

Overseas customers - we ask to fax or email us a copy of your credit card along with your signature.

Q. Is it secure to use your shopping cart?
A. Our shopping cart is secured by SSL Certificate (The SSL maintains the security and integrity of the transmission channel by using encryption, authentication and message authentication codes).
Q. If I order from outside Australia – how do you charge me?
A. If you live overseas you will not pay the Australian taxes. You will pay per the US$ prices as advertised in our website. We can only accept AU$ funds, so once you placed your order we will convert the US$ into AU$ per the exchange currency at that day.

A. If you have any technical question please check first the FAQ section in this website. If you couldn’t find the answer or need our advice please email it to us to support@Precisionaerobatics.com . We will not reply technical questions over the phone.
Q. SHIPPING & HANDLING

We do not ship to PO Boxes

Save $$ on shipping and handling
: Buy all your needs at the same time. Keep in mind that when you buy an aircraft we can put in its box all the accessories needed, so you pay shipping and handling fees for one box only.

The shipping & handling charges will not be known until the package is ready to be shipped. Therefore we will contact you and inform you with the shipping cost before we debit your card or before you make the wire transfer.

We try to ship your order on the same day we receive your payment.

If you need extra fast shipping such as Next Day, or 2-day service please ask for it. These services may be limited depending on your service area. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery.

Q. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A.

The shipping charges will not be known until the package is ready to be shipped. Therefore we will contact you and inform you with the shipping cost before we debit your card or before you make the wire transfer.

Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.

Q. WHAT IS A BACK-ORDER ?
A. A back-ordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. When we put an item on back-order for you, we will automatically ship the item to you when we receive the item back into our stock.
Q. What is a pre-order ?
A. A pre-ordered item is a new item that we are about to have in stock, but which did not arrive yet. When we put an item on pre-order for you, we charge a deposit only. A pre-order deposit is non-refundable. Once we receive your order we will contact you to finalize the payment and ship the item to you.
Q. Price and specifications changes

Any price or specification on our web site is subject to change without notice.

Sale prices in our web site may be withdrawn at any time.

Q. Return policy
A.

Our quality-assurance team check each and every package before it leaves our warehouse.

  • All sales are final.
  • Return is accepted on an exchange basis only.
  •  We accept ONLY defected & damaged items. That means only newly received item that is inoperable or had received damaged.
  • We will replace the defective good for a new one and charge you only for shipping & handling fees
  • Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise.
  • We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Precision Aerobatics in any way.
  • All return shipping and insurance charges must be prepaid.
  • All returns must be authorized by Precision Aerobatics within 48 hours of receiving your order, and be returned to Precision Aerobatics within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have all the following information on hand when talking with a customer service representative: customer name, invoice number, part numbers, order number and all information on the nature of the return. All returns need a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number must appear on the shipping label with our company name and address.
  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
